Learners with Dyslexia have unique needs when it comes to literacy instruction. They often feel frustration, anxiety, and exhaustion when they are unable to participate well or easily in a literate society. This emotional turmoil is shared by parents who are desperate to help their children and by educators who are working hard to figure out how to most effectively teach these learners.

Wendy and her daughter Hailey candidly share their journey from Hailey’s dyslexia diagnosis in 3rd grade. She was unable to read even after intensive instruction in Special Education and attending a Dyslexia Clinic for several years.
